From December 13 to 15, 2021, the Japan Coast Guard conducted an online seminar for the Vietnam Coast Guard under the framework of JICA on the following four topics: International Law, Ocean Surface Trajectory Prediction, Arresting Technique and Maritime Law Enforcement.

　During the seminar, the trainees from the Vietnam Coast Guard enthusiastically asked questions, making the seminar a meaningful experience.
